Shipping terms

We ship within Germany
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping rate of €6.99 per order. Orders larger than 120x60cm are shipped as bulky goods at a rate of €20.99 per order.

Deliveries abroad (EU):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €15.99 per order. Orders larger than 120x60cm are shipped as bulky goods at a cost of €35.99 per order.
Deliveries outside the EU are only possible after consultation.

Delivery to Great Britain (UK):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €12.99 per order. Orders larger than 120x60cm are shipped as bulky goods at a cost of €35.99 per order.
Deliveries outside the EU are only possible after consultation.

Delivery of downloadable products:

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).
You can download download products via a link sent to you by email.
This email containing the access data required to perform the download will be sent within 12 hours of the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 14 days, depending on the choice of materials.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
