M42 | The Orion Nebula

Details

The Orion Nebula is one of the best known objects in the night sky, even people who have nothing to do with this hobby may have heard of it. Due to its size and brightness, it is one of the first objects that every astrophotographer will photograph. The Orion Nebula is one of the only objects in the sky that has such a high dynamic range that you need several exposures of different lengths to show everything in the nebula.
