Cancellation Policy
A consumer within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
For Contracts Concerning Physical Goods
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods.
For Contracts Concerning Digital Content
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
For Contracts Concerning Physical Goods
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Special Notice Regarding the Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you have:
- expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins.
