Shipping conditions

We ship within Germany
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat rate of €6.99 per order for shipping costs, up to 120x60cm above this it is shipped as bulky goods at €20.99 per order.

Deliveries abroad (EU):
We charge a flat rate of €15.99 per order for shipping costs up to 120x60cm, and €35.99 per order for bulky goods above this size.
Deliveries outside the EU are only made after consultation.

Delivery to Great Britain (UK):
We charge a flat rate of €12.99 per order, up to 120x60cm above that it is shipped as bulky goods at €35.99 per order.
Deliveries outside the EU are only made after consultation.

Delivery of download products:

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).
Download products can be downloaded via a link sent to you by e-mail.
This e-mail with access data for executing the download is sent within 12 hours of conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).
Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 14 days, depending on the choice of material.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
